Our Face Reality–based program pairs expert coaching, acne-safe home care, and bi-weekly treatments to help most clients see noticeable clearing in 6–12 weeks and steady progress over 3–4 months. Every plan is customized for your acne type (inflamed, non-inflamed, or combination), skin tone, lifestyle, and sensitivities—including pregnancy- and nursing-safe options.

How the Program Works

  • Consult + Test

    In-depth acne and lifestyle assessment, photos, and small “sensitivity tests” to map your skin’s reactivity.

  • Home Care Plan

    A precise, acne-safe routine (cleanser, toner, corrective serums, and Acne Med/benzoyl peroxide as tolerated). We adjust products every 2–3 weeks as your skin adapts.

  • Bi-Weekly Treatments

    Focused extractions, gentle corrective peels or enzymes, LED, and coaching. Progress comes from consistency—both in-studio and at home.

Is Face Reality Right for You?

Great for: whiteheads/blackheads, inflamed papules/pustules, maskne, hormonal patterns (jawline/chin), back/chest acne, and acne on deeper skin tones.

We offer pregnancy- and nursing-safe protocols.

Not a fit today: clients currently on isotretinoin (Accutane). Please wait 6 months post-course before peels; we can coach gentle home care in the meantime.

In this in-depth first visit, we’ll take the time to understand your unique skin, lifestyle, and acne history so we can create a program that works for you. We’ll assess your acne type, sensitivity level, and possible triggers—then perform a gentle, targeted treatment to start your clearing process right away.

Your visit includes:

  • Skin Analysis & Sensitivity Testing – Identify your acne type, root causes, and product tolerance.

  • Lifestyle & Product Review – Pinpoint hidden pore-cloggers in skincare, makeup, haircare, diet, and habits.

  • Customized Home Care Plan – Build your daily routine with acne-safe products designed for your skin.

  • First Acne Treatment – Includes enzyme or corrective exfoliant, extractions, LED light therapy, and soothing finish.

  • Education & Timeline – Learn exactly what to expect during your first 90 days.

Required Home Care Starter Kit: $185–$245 (average first month). Consistent home care is essential for results.

Perfect for: Teens & adults with inflamed acne, non-inflamed congestion, or combination types—face or body. Pregnancy- and nursing-safe options available.

Returning Face Reality® Acne Treatment

Designed for clients actively on their clear skin program, this treatment keeps you on track toward consistent results. Each visit allows us to reassess your skin’s progress, adjust your home care as needed, and perform targeted in-studio treatments to speed clearing.

Your visit includes:

  • Progress check & skin assessment

  • Product strength adjustments based on current tolerance

  • Gentle exfoliation or corrective treatment

  • Thorough extractions to remove congestion

  • LED light therapy for healing and inflammation reduction

  • Hydrating or calming finish

Best results come from bi-weekly visits combined with your daily at-home routine.

Available for: Face, back, or chest treatments.

  • Frequency: every 2 weeks until consistently clear; then we spread visits out.

    Adjustments: product strength/dose tweaked every 2–3 weeks as dryness and purging settle.

    Lifestyle Coaching: pore-clogger check (makeup, haircare, SPF), simple food triggers, stress/sleep tips.

  • Before your visit:

    • Pause exfoliants/retinoids 3–5 days prior

    • No waxing/threading 3–5 days prior

    • Arrive makeup-free if possible

    • Bring a list of skincare/makeup/hair products

    After your visit:

    • Avoid heat/sweat for 24 hours

    • SPF daily

    • Don’t pick—text us for spot-care tips

    • Use only your pro-approved routine; no new products without checking first
